You will receive a confirmation email upon validation, then a second email upon shipment with the carrier's tracking number and link. The status can also be checked at any time from your customer area.
Total lead time = production time (lab) + shipping time (carrier). The exact lead time is displayed on the product page and confirmed in the order email.

To preserve their quality, Fine Art and Photo prints are shipped separately from other media: flat in an envelope up to 60 x 40 cm, or in a tube for larger sizes. You may therefore receive multiple packages on slightly different dates, each with its own tracking number.

No. Since art prints are produced individually according to your choices (size, medium, finish), they fall under the category of personalized goods as defined by Article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. This rule is common to all galleries and art publishers offering on-demand prints.
